Sobia Khaliq Managing Director

Sobia Khaliq is a Managing Director in WhiteHorse Capital in New York City. She is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, execution and portfolio management of senior, unitranche and second lien debt for private equity sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.

Sobia has more than two decades of experience in direct lending primarily focused on middle market and large cap, PE-backed companies. She has executed investments across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, service providers, software, and telecom. Prior to joining WhiteHorse Capital in 2017, Sobia was a senior professional with Antares Capital and GE Capital.

Sobia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
