Pete is a Principal in WhiteHorse Capital’s New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, and execution of senior, unitranche, and second lien debt for private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored transactions primarily within the TMT (Telcom, Media, and Technology) sector.

Pete has worked in the leveraged finance industry since 2012 with a primary focus on middle market companies. He has executed investments across a wide range of industries including telecom, software, media, and tech-enabled business services. Prior to joining WhiteHorse, Pete was a Vice President at CIT, where he focused on underwriting and executing middle market debt financings.

Pete earned a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University.
