Matt is a Principal in WhiteHorse Capital's New York office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including structuring, underwriting, and execution of senior, unitranche, and second lien debt for private-equity-sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.

Matt has executed investments across a wide range of industries including TMT (telecom, media, and technology), business services, financial services, retail, healthcare, and industrials. Prior to joining WhiteHorse Capital, Matt held similar roles at BNP Paribas and the TMT Sponsor Finance group of GE Capital.

Matt earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is a CFA Charterholder (inactive).
