WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to US Methanol
WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce it acted as the sole lender and agent on a new senior secured credit facility to US Methanol to refinance existing debt, provide cash to the balance sheet, and pay related fees and expenses. US Methanol was established in 2016 by KKCG to construct and operate a methanol plant in Charleston, West Virginia. Production at the plant began in September 2022, with an initial target production of 580 metric tons per day, and expansion plans in place.
