July 30, 2026 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it served as documentation agent for, and provided financing in, a new first lien credit facility to support the acquisition of KUBRA Data Transfer Ltd. (“KUBRA”) by Repay Holdings (“NASDAQ: RPAY”, “Repay” or the “Company”). Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Repay is an integrated bill payment technology provider serving non-discretionary verticals.
