WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to PANOS Brands
June 13, 2024 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has provided a new first lien credit facility in support of PANOS Brands, LLC’s (“PANOS”) acquisition of The Santa Barbara Smokehouse (“SBS”). Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Rochelle Park, NJ, PANOS, a portfolio company of Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney, & Co. (“HKW”), is a branded, better-for-you specialty foods manufacturer. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA, SBS is a producer of high quality smoked salmon.
