March 17, 2025 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Gemspring Capital (“Gemspring”) and agented a First Lien Credit Facility to support the acquisition of Creative Laboratories, Inc. (“Creative Labs”). Headquartered in Eagan, MN, Creative Labs was founded in 1988 and is a vertically integrated developer and manufacturer of branded and contract manufactured haircare and skincare products.
