WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to Clean Solutions Group
December 5, 2023 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has provided a new first lien credit facility to Clean Solutions Group (“CSG”), in support of CSG’s acquisition of HDK Industries, Inc. (“HDK”). Formed in 2022 via the merger of the Fibrix Filtration and Americo brands by Branford Castle Partners, L.P. (“Branford Castle”), CSG is a leading provider of environmentally responsible nonwoven filtration media and cleaning products.
