WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing to BankCard USA
May 2, 2024 – WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has provided a new senior secured credit facility to BankCard USA Merchant Services (“BankCard” or the “Company”) to support the management buyout of BankCard from Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSXV: QUIS). Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Westlake Village, California, BankCard is a leading national merchant service provider offering payment services and technology.
