WhiteHorse Capital Provides Financing for Tiger Infrastructure Partners’ Acquisition of IAC
WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce that it has provided a new first lien credit facility to support the acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings (“IAC” or the “Company”) by Tiger Infrastructure Partners (“Tiger Infrastructure” or “Tiger”). Founded in 1980, IAC is a market-leading aviation services provider headquartered in Shannon, Ireland and Irvine, California. IAC utilizes 18 hangars strategically located at seven airports and two customer sites in the United States and Europe to provide essential services, including aircraft painting, aviation technical services, aircraft interior refurbishment, and aircraft graphic solutions.
