WhiteHorse Capital is pleased to announce it has agented a new $125.0 million first lien credit facility in support of Palladium Equity Partners’ (“Palladium” or the “Sponsor”) acquisition of Superior Environmental Solutions (“SES” or the “Company”). Founded in 1999, and headquartered in Cincinnati, SES is a provider of environmental, industrial, emergency response, and product destruction services in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States.
